PTS Office Closure
The PTS office will be closed starting Wednesday, March 25, 2020. The PTS Customer Service team will be available to assist customers via email at email@example.com during normal business hours (7:30 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday – Friday). Parking account management is available at driverseat.gatech.edu.
Transit Pass Payroll Deduction Changes – COVID-19
Due to the PTS office closure, monthly MARTA passes for students and employees (non-payroll) are not available for sale.
The Tech Trolley stop at Publix – Spring Street is closed until further notice. Please use the stop at Midtown MARTA to access the Trolley on both inbound and outbound travels. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.

COVID-19 has changed the way our on-campus services operate. We understand how uncertain these times are, and we are working to accommodate the needs of our campus community who continue to depend on these services. To better support a reduced student, faculty, and staff population on campus and follow the recommended social distancing guidelines, here is what you need to know about Campus Services changes.
Parking and Transportation Services will provide the following services to assist students during the campus closure due to COVID-19.
If you’re on campus for spring break this year, take note of the adjusted hours for the CRC, Dining, Bookstore, Student Center and more.

Parking permit registration has been rescheduled for June 2020 to allow all customers a chance to renew or purchase their permits. All customers who renew/purchase a 2020-2021 permit between June 1 and July 10 will be entered in a drawing to win one of four $100 permit discounts!
